Receiving / Incoming Inspection
All rolls are received and closely inspected for T.I.R.,
journal diameters, outside
rubber diameters, durometer,
and visual imperfections. Each roller is marked, assigned an
incoming inspection report, and sent to technical sales/order
entry.
Technical Sales / Order Entry
Customers are immediately informed of any extraordinary
repair procedures discovered during incoming inspection. Special
individualized customer instructions are noted or edited to ensure
total customer satisfaction.
